Boxing Training Built for Maximum Results

Bag Class

A high-energy boxing session designed to make you sweat and smile. We start with a 10 minute warm-up, then dive into 40 minutes of pure bag work- fun boxing combinations mixed with cardio drills that keep your heart pumping and your hands moving. With a max of 4 people, you'll get more attention from the coach, making every round count while keeping the vibe fun and motivating.

Boxing Fitness

The perfect mix of boxing and strength training. In this 50-minute small-group class(4ppl max), half the group works the bags while the other half hits the benches with weights for a full-body workout. Every few rounds, you switch- so you'll sharpen your boxing AND build strength in one powerful session. The small group format means you'll get more personalized coaching, more energy, & way more fun.
